EQUAL CONSULTING PLC
is a social science research, training, and project management firm with a strong background in peace, conflict, governance and development. It was established in June 2022 in Addis Ababa, but has a tremendous record of research and training activities at its young age.
More specifically, EQUAL offers comprehensive multi-disciplinary research and training services to its clients in the areas of conflict,peace building, internally displaced persons (IDPs), gender, minorities, human rights,democratization, governance, refugees, migration, as well as the sociology of health and education. Established by professors at public universities in Ethiopia, EQUAL has created a close working relationship with qualified individual specialists from various universities, industries, and consultancy firms, by which it has formed a pool of experienced professionals.
